In connection with the personal
Data (privacy) Ordinance it is hereby acknowledged that: |

(a) |
Failure to supply the
information in this application may prevent the lender
|
| |
from making the requested loan. The
Borrower authorizes the company and |
| |
the lender to supply, furnish or disclose in writing
or otherwise. Such information |
| |
relating to the Borrower
known to the lender to such persons, debt collection
|
| |
agencies, corporations, banks or
financial institutions as may be
necessary |
| |
for the purpose of evaluation or
reviewing the credit status of the Borrower of
|
| |
for the recovery of any sum
due from the Borrower to the lender
under the |
| |
agreement or for the enforcement of this Agreement. |
| |
|
|
(b) |
The Borrower agrees that all personal data r elation to the Borrower collected |
| |
buy the lender from
time to time may be used
and disclosed for such |
| |
purposes and to such persons ( whether in or outside Hong Kong) as may be |
| |
in accordance with the lender's policies that such
data may be : |
|
(i) |
Used in connection with matching procedures ( as
defined in the Personal |
| |
Data (Privacy) ordinance). |
|
(ii) |
Disclosed ( by way of
financial institutional references or otherwise) to any |
| |
financial institution with which the lender has or propose to have dealings to |
| |
enable such financial institution to conduct
credit checks on the Borrower and |
|
(iii) |
Disclosed to any companies within the same group of
which the Lender is a |
| |
member for marketing purpose; and |
|
(iv) |
Supplied to credit reference agencies and in the
event of the Borrower's default |
| |
to debt collection agencies and/or the
Borrower's employer(s). If you wish to
